Privacy Policy

1. The website automatically collects a certain amount of personal and other information about you when you are browsing or otherwise using the website.

2. To operate the online-payments system, we may collect and store personal information you submit via this online-payments website or give to the Association in any other way.

3. This online-payment system is provided and hosted by the Association and its third party suppliers. By submitting your personal information, you are consenting to the Association holding and using it in accordance with this policy. The policy is subject to change and any changes to it in the future will be notified on this page. By continuing to use this payment site you agree to such changes. We recommend that you check the privacy policy each time you visit this site.

4. Your personal data will not be provided to any third-party for any other purpose except for this online payment system and internal administrative purposes.

General Payment Information

1. You can pay by UPI, Internet banking, Credit or Debit card, and Cheque.

2. Online payments are processed through a payment gateway system.

3. Do not share your payment OTP with anyone.

4. For pre-paid electricity payments, you can check your payment history in the secure meter (Sahaj app).

5. For maintenance and other charges, you can find the e-receipt in the Society Management App.

Fee/ Price Details

1. For maintenance and other charges, the Association will raise an invoice, and the terms and conditions of payment will be included in the invoice.

2. For pre-paid electricity payments, you may choose the amount to be recharged depending on your needs. The minimum amount is Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred) and a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lac).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No refund will be granted once the payment is done.

2. Duplicate clause – If you make a payment twice by mistake then the amount will be refunded via the same source or may be added as a credit to your account. Convenience Fee and Taxes charged will not be refunded/reversed for any refund or any transaction.

3. Transaction Fees are non-refundable and will be borne by Account or Cardholder for any payment. Z1 Vyom Association of Allottees will not bear the fees.

4. In case you cancel the transaction, and the amount is deducted from your account, it will auto return within 48 hours. If not, you can contact the Association but make sure you have the transaction ID.
