Services

The Association manages the following for Z1 Vyom common areas, its seven towers and 589 apartments.
- Day to day maintenance of common areas
- Upkeep of Z1 Vyom's common area infrastructure
- Facilities such as garbage collection, electricity and plumbing issues
- Overseeing facility management staff
- Payment collection
- Expense management of infrastructure, common area expenses, and common services
